We work to help you protect the things that are important to you. If you do have a loss, the Insurance Associates Claims Department reports all claims to your carrier immediately after notification. In many cases, we can settle claims "in house" with our draft authority. We maintain open and frequent communication regarding the status of claims until resolution.
